stefan+birgitte {Portland Engagement Session}

So here is the full post on Stefan and Birgitte's engagement session I shot last week in Portland,OR. It is one FULL post as you can see but I just couldn't narrow them down to less than these! I have this problem. I get emotionally attached to my shots and have a hard time choosing my favorite ones! Anyway, so this session was totally awesome! We went to a great variety of amazing locations : an abandoned barn that has no business standing in the middle of Portland (other than serving as a great backdrop for these shots!), a gorgeous park with beautiful japanese maples, farm houses and gorgeous flowers, downtown Beaverton with its train tracks and painted murals (did you see the one with the heart?!? could it be any more perfect?) and finally their favorite chocolate place (and trust me, these people LOOOOVEEE chocolate!). I just couldn't believe my eyes when I actually saw sunshine that day. We had been checking the weather the whole week and for that particular afternoon/evening the Weather Channel said 100% chance of rain! I had never seen 100% chance of rain before so I thought we would need some raincoats and boots. But, lo and behold we got blue skies, dramatic clouds and sunshine. Has to be a good sign right? Thanks again Stefan and Birgitte for being a great couple and sharing some moments with me!
